CLASSIC 3 Cup MOKAPOT ALUMINUM. ONE WORD FOR YOUR PERFECT CUP OF COFFEE. METHOD OF PREPARATION. 1. Only fill the lower chamber with cold water just below the valve. Pure filtered/mineral water. 2. Insert the funnel and fill it with grounds evenly set. Remove any coffee grounds on the edge of the funnel. 3. Tightly screw the upper part of the pot on to the base, just not so tight as to strain the crew-rings inside. Do not use the handle for leverage at all. 4. Select burner size to fit bottom of pot. Make very sure that the flame is not larger than bottom of pot and not coming around the sides of the pot. 5. Place pot on the stove-top until the coffee concoction begins to come out in the upper chamber of the pot. There will be visible profuse steaming and a gurgling sound when this happens. 6. When the top of the pot is full of coffee, remove from stove. Make sure never to let it stay on the stove any more than 30 secs to a minute from the time the gurgling sound and thick steaming stops. 7. You might want to let it sit for a minute or so to mature before pouring coffee into your cup. 8. Pour around 50ml of espresso coffee from the pot and add milk and sugar as per your taste. 9. An un comparable cup of coffee is ready for you. 10. Wish you have a lovely coffee experience
